This policy explains how Osmand Signs ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses and protects information when you visit our website, ask for a quote or get in touch with us.

What we collect

When you ask for a quote or get in touch through this website, we collect your name, email address, phone number and the details you share about the job, including any artwork, photos or documents you upload. We do not collect or store payment information through this website.

Our website may also automatically log standard technical information (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and to improve how the site performs. The IP address recorded with an enquiry form submission is kept for 90 days to detect spam and abuse, then deleted.

How we use it

We use the information you give us to prepare your quote, design and produce your signage, reply to your enquiry and improve how we run the business. We do not sell your personal information or pass it to marketers.

Who we share it with

We may share your information with trusted third parties who help us run the business, such as a hosting provider or the system we use to manage enquiries. They only see what they need to do their job. We may also disclose information if required by New Zealand law.

Cookies

This website uses a small number of essential cookies to function correctly. Where analytics are enabled, they are used only to understand how the site is used in aggregate.

Your rights

Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 you can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to any legal records we must keep). Email wade@osmandsigns.co.nz to do so.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry, quote and artwork files for as long as needed to complete your job and meet our tax and legal record-keeping obligations, typically seven years.
